Favourite Training Route, Why? Loop of loch Katrine. Hard, beautiful, wild and empty.
In one word, my cycling style is…. Perky (on a good day).
Do you do any Weight Training? No, my day job involves quite enough lifting and hauling and hanging on, thank you very much.
Your biggest win? (Racing or Training) GNCC Senior Road Race Champ 2006.
What are your short and long -term goals? More track riding, grass and boards. To remain competitive and to ride in the mountains of Colombia.
Best Cycling advice you ever received? Don't cross your legs.
If you could say one thing to Lance Armstrong what would it be? "Dude, admit it, your socks are wack"
Favourite / Most admired Pro Rider, Why ? Kate Cullen. Always gives her best. Lets her riding do the talking.
What is your favourite bike race? The Sam Robinson.
