What sort of bike do you have? Cannondale CAD 7, but my baby is a Gios Compact Pro with early 80s record, sweeet!
What would be your dream bike? My shrink said I need to stop dreaming about bikes, but a nice new steel fixed gear would be cool.
On the bike …

Favourite Training Route, Why? Pretty much anything that gets me out of the city away from the cars and has a view. In Glasgow you don't have to go too far for that.
In one word, my cycling style is…. variable
Do you do any Weight Training? Nope, weights just kill me. I'd like to learn how though, it would be cool to be buff down the beach one day.
Your biggest win? (Racing or Training) Any race that I can come away from happy.
What are your short and long -term goals? Short term: get out of bed and go training tomorrow. Long term: Keep riding.
Best Cycling advice you ever received? Wash your knicks after every ride.
If you could say one thing to Lance Armstrong what would it be? "Haven't seen you at any club races lately?? "

If you could spend a day with anyone past or present who would it be and what would you do? Steven Spielberg, we could have a few beers and talk about his next movie.
What would you do with a million dollars? Travel and watch all the big tours and classics with plenty of vino and coffee stops along the way.
If I wasn't a cyclist, I would be … Someone who is wondering why he owns all these bikes and cycling gear but doesn't ride.
