Just to say a huge thanks to all the boys (and Wendy) for a great bike ride around Loch Katrine. Despite making me ride over the Duke's AND the Pipe Track, I really enjoyed the outing. It would be great to see more women out cycling on these Sunday runs... Cheers guys for the encouragement and banter.

Hi Fiona: Glad you enjoyed the sunday club run and just to let you know of our wednesday evening training runs that are usually well attended by the girls'Lee' Vicky' Wendy' and Heather and sometime the occasional visitor so why not try this wednesday i cant promise the banter will be as plentiful as sundays, as our lungs are fully employed during the run.

Hi Fiona, As an alternative or an addition to the Wednesday nights, Solid Rock also do a run from their shop at Balmore on a Thursday leaving at 6.30pm. If you haven't had enough after the the Gale's Wednesday night run then I can certainly recommend this one , a real mile builder! Great craic ! Royster
